I purchased a Moto x play in november, it was good till a month with no issues. In december it started showing off issues like heating, fast battery drainage. At first i thought it was normal but then power started draining within two hours of full charge, it was vaguely unusual for a phone which comes with 3600mAh battery.I gave it to the service center on december 24. I was told that ill receive it on january 11, But i didn't. I was again told that i would receive it by jan 28, but i didn't. They assured me that the phone will get repaired, and the closure date was on feb19. I had to wait till then, on that day they tell me that there is some problem so ill receive it by March9. These people are just going on posponing the date with no sight of resolving the issue. If i call the service center they ask me to call motorola customer care. After calling customer care i came to know that customer care is of no use they have no power nor brain. There is no way we can contact their higher authority. They dont wana refund or replace the cell, they want me to wait. Now i'm feeling that i'm the only person who purchased a 20k phone just to keep it in the service center. This kind of service is provided by motorola. SHITTY....FUCKING SHITT.
